Depending on your preference, you can choose from our different saunas: Our Finnish sauna is great for recuperation, for example after an eventful day of skiing in Flachau. The bio sauna is good for your circulation and renews your strength.
A little less heat, but rather a natural, deep warmth can be found in the infrared cabin, perfect for revitalising mental balance and for muscle relaxation and regeneration.

Info about the sauna area
The new wellness area at the Central holiday resort is open to you and the saunas are heated daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
We ask for your understanding that the sauna and relaxation area is a child-free zone.
For families, we offer the non-nude sauna in the children's area, which can be activated at any time for 30 minutes by pressing a button.
